The Illinois Association of Park Districts is celebrating this outstanding month with the theme - Build Together, Play Together - by thanking and recognizing YOU, the commissioners and professionals who work so hard behind the scenes to nurture and maintain parks and natural areas and provide innovative programs, critical services, and lively events that bring people together and build a sense of community.
Throughout the month, we will be highlighting the unique ways some of our member park, recreation, and conservation agencies build stronger communities through play and other initiatives.
